CritterStones are packaged using recycled materials and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

CritterStones ship from Massachusetts.  Although you may receive it sooner, please allow 3 weeks from the time of your order for delivery of your CritterStone.  

 

Returns

Satisfaction guaranteed.  If you’re unhappy with your CritterStone for any reason when you receive it, you may send it back within 30 days for a full refund.  You are responsible for mailing the stone back and paying the return postal fees.
